A direct enquiry.
A defined purpose.

How MRS Technologies handles information submitted through this website.

Who is responsible

MRS Technologies, 15 Allée des marguerites, 83140 Six Fours Les Plages, FRANCE, is responsible for handling website enquiries. Contact info@mrstechnologies.fr for questions about your personal data.

Information and purpose

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional organisation, chosen area of interest and message. Fields marked as required are needed to respond. Please do not submit confidential engineering data or sensitive personal information at this initial stage.

The information is used to assess and respond to your request and, where relevant, discuss a possible engagement. The basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request when applicable, or the company's legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries. Security checks rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the form against misuse. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Recipients and retention

Enquiries are delivered to the company's IONOS mailbox. Access is limited to authorised people handling the enquiry and technical providers operating the website and email service. This website does not create a separate contact-message database.

Unsuccessful or concluded initial enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful exchange, then deleted unless a documented contractual or legal reason requires retention. Exchanges relating to an engagement or a dispute may need to be kept separately for contractual or legal purposes.

The server processes the visitor's IP address to issue a form token and limit abusive submissions. The anti-abuse store retains keyed identifiers and counters, not message content or plain IP addresses. These entries cease to be used after 24 hours; physical deletion takes place on subsequent maintenance requests. A technical error reference may be retained for troubleshooting, without the message content or email address.

Cookies and external services

The website has no advertising tags, analytics scripts, live LinkedIn widget or marketing cookies. The form's anti-abuse token does not use a browser cookie. IONOS separately logs requests and can produce hosting-level traffic statistics for security, service operation and technical evaluation. These records can include the requested resource, time, referrer and browser information. IONOS documents a maximum retention of eight weeks for web access logs and anonymisation of IP addresses in those logs. This hosting-level processing is distinct from the website's short-lived form protection.

The typeface, logo, portrait and signature are served from this website, not requested from an external font or image service. LinkedIn is accessed only when you follow its external link, under LinkedIn's own terms. The website does not send enquiry data to LinkedIn. Enquiries are not subject to profiling or automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. The website application does not intentionally route submissions to another overseas service; IONOS's hosting and email processing is subject to its applicable data-processing terms.
