Our approach
MRS / 03Senior expertise is most useful when it is connected to the actual work. Our approach starts with the programme's needs, establishes the remit and keeps direction connected to delivery.
Principal-led consulting
Engagements are led directly by Fabrice Roussel.
The scope, responsibilities and intended outcomes are established around each programme's requirements. This creates continuity between the initial assessment, technical direction and subsequent delivery.
Authority is defined within the client organisation's governance. Advisory input, engineering contribution and delegated leadership responsibilities are made explicit rather than assumed.
From assessment to execution
Establish the programme context, the evidence available and the technical or organisational constraints.
Define the mandate, priorities, responsibilities and criteria against which progress will be assessed.
Contribute directly to the engineering, leadership or capability work required, within the agreed remit.
Review progress against the starting point and leave clear decisions, methods and next actions with the organisation.
The sequence is adapted to each engagement; it is not a rigid, proprietary methodology.
Ways to engage
The engagement model follows the mandate.
Availability and responsibilities are agreed individually.
A bounded review of a technical or organisational challenge, with evidence, priorities and practical recommendations.
A clearly scoped leadership contribution during programme development, organisational change or a specific delivery phase.
Direct involvement in performance development, engineering methods or working interfaces, alongside the existing organisation.
