About MRS Technologies
MRS / 04Motorsport first.
Engineering at the core.
An independent consultancy connecting technical leadership, vehicle performance and the engineering capabilities required to deliver.
The company
Built around the work.
Led by experience.
MRS Technologies provides senior-level consulting to manufacturers, racing teams and motorsport programmes.
The company's focus extends from programme-level technical direction to the engineering detail behind vehicle performance. It also addresses the organisational capabilities that enable effective development: methods, responsibilities, interfaces and validation.
Operating as a principal-led consultancy, MRS Technologies offers direct senior involvement within a clearly defined engagement. The corporate identity is independent; the delivery model is personal and accountable.
Leadership & experience
A technical leader
with an engineering foundation.
Fabrice Roussel's professional experience spans Formula E and the FIA World Endurance Championship, with responsibilities across race engineering, trackside engineering leadership and Technical Director-level programme leadership.
His experience includes the Technical Director role within Alpine's LMDh programme, alongside earlier engineering and leadership responsibilities in international motorsport.
A central thread is the connection between developing a competitive car and developing the engineering organisation behind it: performance analysis, simulation methods, correlation, validation and the feedback between factory and track.
This background informs MRS Technologies' consulting perspective, combining programme-level direction with an understanding of the engineering work required to deliver it.
The roles and championships referenced here describe Fabrice Roussel's professional background. They do not imply that those organisations are current MRS Technologies clients or endorse the company.
Performance is fundamentally an organisational engineering challenge. It means developing the car, the engineering capabilities, the methods and the people as one coherent system. Only a complete, 360° approach can unlock its full potential.
The philosophy
Performance is collective.
Direction must be coherent.
Specialist expertise matters. So does the system in which that expertise operates.
Our perspective is that engineering performance depends on the quality of the technical work and on the organisation's ability to align decisions, responsibilities and execution. Both deserve deliberate attention.
